Stefanie Hartman Buppert is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor with specializations in dance fitness, yoga, mindfulness, including kids yoga/ dance fit kids.
Stef loves finding new ways to move and groove (her latest is cardio drumming) and sharing her passion for happier living through daily practices of movement, practical mindfulness, and self-care.
